David Gellineau is a Toronto based authorized Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. With a clear understanding of anatomy, the importance of alignment in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and that the practice is an ongoing, cumulative and therapeutic process, David encourages and teaches each student to become a self-sufficient and evolving practitioner.

Paymun has always been fascinated in how his body performs and moves. This curiosity lead him into a process of training Muay Thai for 3 years and a student of Yoga for 7 years. Through the process of self-inquiry and his undeniable quench expand his skill set and movement repertoire, Paymun realized that what he is obsessed with is Movement and not a specific field of practice.

Jessica is an artist, eternal student, and lover of life. Her journey in yoga began with dis-order and dis-ease. She is a Thai Yoga Massage therapist as well, as a yoga teacher.

Leanne was first introduced to yoga over a decade ago and never left the mat. With a background in health care she uses her knowledge and personal practice to encourage others to find compassion, resilience and acceptance to heal.
Cooking Demos Chef Shashank Parkhi

Shashank Parkhi grew up in Toronto, learning to cook at his mother’s side from a young age. He received formal culinary training at Liaison College in Advanced Chef Training. Shashank is also currently pursuing further studies at the University of Toronto, focused on Food and Globalization.
